We care about our food. For best results, don't reheat barbecue. Continuous warmth works best.
Keep food in its original packaging and place in a warm oven on the lowest setting for a maximum of 2 hours, or 3-4 hours in a high grade cooler (Yeti.)
Please mention if you plan to warm the food for an extended period of time, or if you plan to use disposable chafers.
Please note that we offer whole, chilled meats for special circumstances requiring refrigeration. Chilled meats have different warming instructions.
