Your brisket comes wrapped in food-grade plastic and butcher paper. Remove the plastic, wrap in foil, and bake in a 250-degree oven for 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 155 degrees.
Place uncovered pan on the center oven rack and heat at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
