
Holiday Menu 2025
Our holiday menu is available for pick-up on Tuesday, Dec. 23 and Wednesday, Dec. 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. All items will be cooked, chilled and served in oven-ready packaging. You can find reheating instructions here.
WHOLE SMOKED BRISKET – $180
Whole smoked brisket (average 7-8 lbs.) Feeds 10-12 people. Served with pickles, onions and sauce.
SMOKED TURKEY BREAST – $85
Whole smoked turkey breast (average 3-4 lbs.) Feeds 5-7 people. Served with pickles, onions and sauce.
SCRATCH-MADE SIDES – $35
1/2 Gallon — Served in oven-safe foil trays. 12-14 servings.
